At present, in more and more fields, such as tobacco and petrochemical industry, precision instruments, pharmaceuticals, food production, national defense engineering, civil air defense engineering, underground engineering, etc., dehumidification is required, and in order to meet the requirements of human comfort, the temperature needs to be adjusted. In the ordinary temperature-increasing dehumidifier, the air treatment process is as following: the air passes from the state A to the state B after passing through the evaporator to cool down and dehumidify. When the temperature needs to be adjusted, a condenser is added to the refrigeration system. However, due to the different connection modes of the condenser, different temperature adjustment methods and different temperature adjustment effects will result. Two kinds of series modes will be introduced below.
Dehumidifier can be divided into commercial dehumidifier, industrial dehumidifier and whole home dehumidifier. Besides, you can choose different types of dehumidifiers according to different occasions. If you want to breathe fresh air at office, there is industrial humidifier for office for you and if you work in the basement, there is industrial humidifier for basement for you. If you are in constant movement, you can choose a portable dehumidifier and better, a mini portable dehumidifier.
In this mode, the condensers C1 and C2 are connected in series, and the refrigerant coming out of the compressor passes through C1 first and then through C2. In this series mode, the temperature can be adjusted by adjusting the air volume of the condenser C1, that is, installing an air valve in front of the condenser C1 to control the air volume passing through the condenser C1. When all the air from the evaporator is passed through the condenser C1, C1 bears all the heat exchange load, which is equivalent to a temperature-increasing dehumidifier. The role of the condenser C2 at this time is to make the refrigerant liquid from the condenser C1 to exchanges heat with the water in the condenser C2. When the air valve is adjusted so that all the air from the evaporator does not pass through the condenser C1, then C2 bears all the load change. At this time, the condenser C1 is equivalent to the pipeline from the compressor to the condenser C2, and is equivalent to the cooling type dehumidifier. When the temperature needs to be adjusted, a temperature sensor is used to measure the return air temperature. When the actual temperature is higher than the required temperature, the opening of the air valve is adjusted to reduce the air volume through the condenser C1; when the actual temperature is lower than the required temperature, the opening of the air valve is adjusted to make the air volume through the condenser C1 to increase. The opening of the damper should be able to change continuously.
In this mode, the condenser C1 and the condenser C2 are still connected in series, but the front and rear positions are interchanged. The refrigerant from the compressor first passes through C2 and then through C1. In this series mode, the temperature can be adjusted by adjusting the water flow of condenser C2. When no cooling water flows through the condenser C2, the condenser C2 is equivalent to the pipeline from the compressor to the condenser C1, and all heat exchange load is borne by the condenser C1; when the cooling water flow rate of the condenser C2 is adjusted to the maximum, the condenser C2 bears all the heat exchange load, but the condensed refrigerant will pass through the condenser C1 to convection heat exchange with the lower temperature air from the evaporator, and the refrigerant liquid is supercooled. Since the heat is transferred to the air, the temperature of the air being sent out cannot be the temperature in theory, but there will be a temperature dead angle, that is, a certain temperature range cannot be reached. In order to solve this problem, the cooling water inlet temperature can only be kept as low as possible, the resulting condensation temperature will be low, and the temperature range generated by convective heat transfer will be smaller, so the temperature adjustment dead angle will also be smaller. In this connection mode, there are many ways to adjust the cooling water flow. In addition, the water flow can also be adjusted by frequency conversion of the water pump.
