The Analysis of Different Connect Modes of Condensers of Dehumidifier with Temperature Adjustment (Ⅱ)

Different connection modes of the condenser in the dehumidifier, will lead to different temperature adjustment methods and different temperature adjustment effects. This article will introduce the parallel mode.

 

Dehumidifier can be divided into commercial dehumidifier and industrial dehumidifier and industrial dehumidifier fall into two categories, industrial cool dehumidifier and industrial warm dehumidifier. First mode

In this mode, the refrigerant coming from the compressor is divided into two channels: one enters the condenser C1, the other enters the condenser C2, and an electronic three-way regulating valve is installed on the pipeline to adjust the refrigerant entering the condenser C1 and C2 flow. When the refrigerant leading to C1 is cut off and all refrigerant is leading to the condenser C2, the air from the evaporator passes through the condenser C1 without refrigerant passing through, and when it is sent out, the temperature of the condenser C1 different from the temperature of the air, the temperature of the air sent out will still change, the temperature will change differently according to the environment, and such temperature change is very small, will not produce a large unadjustable area. When the refrigerant leading to C2 is cut off and all refrigerants are leading to C1, then C1 bears all the load and the temperature reaches the highest. Therefore, when adjusting the temperature, the flow of refrigerant to the two condensers is controlled, and the temperature is determined by the distribution of the refrigerant. When there is more refrigerant allocated to C1, the condenser C1 bears more load, so the temperature of the air is higher, otherwise it is lower.

Second mode

In this mode, the refrigerant coming out of the compressor is divided into two channels: one enters the condenser C2, and the other enters the bypass, and then the refrigerant passing through the condenser C2 and the refrigerant in the bypass merge and then pass through the condenser C1 together. Install an electronic three-way regulating valve on the pipeline to regulate the refrigerant flow through the condenser C2 and the bypass. When the refrigerant passing through C2 is cut off and all refrigerants are allowed to directly pass through C1 through the bypass path, then all the load is borne by C1 and the temperature is the highest. When the bypass is cut off and all the refrigerant passes through C2, it actually becomes a series mode, and the condensers C2 and C1 are connected in series, which is the same as the lowest temperature adjustment in the second mode of the series, means there is a temperature dead angle. Therefore, the effect of this adjustment mode is the same as the temperature adjustment effect of the second mode in series.

Third mode

In this mode, the refrigerant coming out of the compressor is divided into two channels: one enters the condenser C1, the other enters the bypass, and merges with the refrigerant in the bypass after passes through the condenser C1 and then passes through the condenser C2 together. Install an electronic three-way regulating valve in the pipeline to regulate the refrigerant flow through the condenser C1 and the bypass. When the refrigerant passing through C1 is cut off and all the refrigerant enters the condenser C2 directly through the bypass, C2 bears all the load. The air after dehumidification and cooling by the evaporator flows through the condenser C1 where no refrigerant flows, which is the same as the case where the refrigerant passing through C1 is cut off in the parallel first mode. When the bypass passage is closed and all refrigerant passes through the condenser C1, it is the same as in the first mode in series.
