Nowadays, the demand for dehumidifiers is increasing, the dehumidifiers on the market are already diversely. It is no exaggeration to consider the current dehumidifier market as a large department store. Each manufacturer has its own classification method. Even if some manufacturers have similar classifications, the products after classification are still very different. This article will briefly introduce the difference between a refrigerated dehumidifier and a rotary dehumidifier.

Refrigerated dehumidifier

The refrigerated dehumidifier is what we usually say. The basic principle is a physical phenomenon, that is, the water vapor in the air at normal temperature and relatively high humidity encounters a liquefaction process of cooling copper tube fins to form water droplets, which is simply a process in which water vapor turns into water droplets when cooled. The water vapor in the air liquefies into water droplets, so the water content in the air drops, so the air becomes dry. Therefore, in the whole process, the dehumidifier is a device where to make gaseous water into liquid water. So professionally it was called refrigerated dehumidifier.

Working principle of refrigerated dehumidifier

The entire dehumidification process of the industrial strength dehumidifier is divided into two circulation processes: inner circulation and outer circulation, so as to achieve energy conversion and follow the conservation law of energy, and finally complete the dehumidification process of the entire space.

The external circulation of the dehumidifying machine is divided into three processes. The first process is to suck the room temperature humid air into the machine through the fan, and the second process is to suck the water vapor in the humid air through the evaporator (Cooling copper tubes and fins). After liquefying into water droplets, they are discharged through the hose. The third process is the dry air cooled by the evaporator and then heated to the normal temperature through the condenser (high temperature copper tubes and fins) and discharged by the air outlet, so back and forth, the air is dehumidified. The entire process also follows the law of conservation of energy, and the air passes through a cycle of normal temperature-low temperature-normal temperature, which is a process of energy conversion.

Rotary dehumidifier

The rotary dehumidifier adopts the principle of adsorption dehumidification, with high efficiency and large dehumidification capacity. Remove moisture by direct physical adsorption treatment. Regardless of the surrounding environment, it can control relative humidity (RH) as low as 1%, and can provide 300m³ / h ~ 41000m³ / h standard capacity dehumidifier system. Different types of units are equipped with different types of dehumidification runners to ensure uniform wind speed through the runners, thereby ensuring the rated dehumidification capacity and outlet residual pressure of various types of units under different working conditions. Due to the use of silica gel or molecular sieve desiccant with good performance, it has excellent selective adsorption performance and can selectively adsorb water molecules; while discharging impurities such as dust, it is not easy to block.

Working principle of rotary dehumidifier

The dehumidification wheel is divided into a treatment area and a regeneration area by the sealing system inside the dehumidification section. The dehumidification wheel rotates slowly at a speed of 8-10 rpm to ensure that the entire dehumidification is a continuous process. When the treatment air passes through the treatment area of the runner, the water vapor in it is absorbed by the hygroscopic medium in the runner. The water vapor changes phase and releases latent heat. Saturated; at this time, the treated air becomes dry, hot air due to its own moisture reduction and latent heat release. At the same time, in the regeneration area, another path of air first passes through the regeneration heater and becomes high-temperature air (generally 100-140 degrees) and passes through the saturated rotor after moisture absorption, so that the absorbed water in the rotor evaporates, thereby the dehumidification capacity of the runner is restored; at the same time, the regeneration air becomes humid air due to the evaporation of water; after that, the humid air is discharged to the outside through the regeneration fan.
